Mr. Dhority
has ten years of experience surveying for commercial and
municipal site planning, transportation route, boundary,
topographic, as-built, ALTA/ACSM, and construction
surveying, storm water management and permitting, as well as
conventional and RTK-GPS surveying for the design of
municipal water and sewer infrastructure, asset inventory
surveys, and GIS mapping and database construction.
The following summaries demonstrate his experience with
various projects:
State
Route 65,
Robertson County, TN 2005-2006
Survey Party Chief for collection of field data. The project
consisted of surveying State Route 65 from Old Highway 431
to Walling Road. This project included 4.13 miles of roadway
with eleven side roads (total length 4,650 feet) and 100
tracts. The project required location of all existing hard
stand surfaces, utilities, topographic, and boundary
verification surveying.
State Route 13/149 Survey,
Montgomery County, TN 2006-2007
Survey Party Chief for collection of field data. Survey of
approximately 3.5 miles of roadway with 13 side roads, one
bridge, and 108 tracts. The project required location of all
existing hard stand surfaces, utilities, topographic and
boundary verification surveying.
Construction Layout at Lee Village 1,
Fort Campbell, KY 2006-2007
Provided construction staking for a 115-unit family housing
development. Staking included sanitary sewer, water lines,
underground electrical services, building pads, curb &
gutter, and base stone for roadways.
Construction Layout at The Woodlands, 101ST Airborne
Division Headquarters Fort Campbell, KY 2007-
PresentProvided construction staking for a 260-unit family
housing development. Staking included sanitary sewer, water
lines, underground electrical services, building pads, curb
& gutter, and base stone for roadways.
British Petroleum Pipeline Construction Layout & As-Built
Survey
Hemlock Semiconductor, LLC, Solar For Green Project,
Clarksville, Tennessee 2009
Provided temporary benchmarks to facilitate construction of
the re-routing of an eight (8”) inch steel pipeline on site.
Staking included the centerline alignment of said pipeline
and the proposed 50-foot pipeline easement. The As-Built
Survey included field run surveys that included location
with grade information of all welds (with corresponding weld
number), all fittings, all utility crossings on both side of
the pipeline (with clearance of said pipeline over or under
each crossing), at tie in locations, and at PI’s after
pipeline installation had been completed.
ALTA/ACSM Survey of the Independence Place Fort Campbell
Patriots, LLC Clarksville, TN 2009
Survey was performed to the 2005 Minimum Standard Detail
Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey as adopted by
American Land Title Association and National Society of
Professional Surveyors. The ALTA/ACSM survey was conducted
for 14 units (228 apartments) with Leasing Office on a 15.34
Acre site.
ALTA/ACSM Survey of the Industrial Development Board for
the Montgomery County Properties, Clarksville, TN 2008
Survey was performed to the 2005 Minimum Standard Detail
Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey as adopted by
American Land Title Association and National Society of
Professional Surveyors. The ALTA/ACSM survey was conducted
for multiple parcels of land covering 2,161.62 Acres.
Various Boundary & Topographic Surveys
Surveys have included field run surveys that include
existing property and surrounding ground and storm water
features. Topographic surveys providing existing ground
elevations, locations of utilities, edges of pavement, catch
basins and inlets, utility poles, etc.
