Clarksville Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Surveys, City of
Clarksville, 1997-2001
Surveyor for various projects utilizing conventional and
Global Positioning System (GPS) surveying techniques for the
inspection and inventory of manholes and sewer line within
the Clarksville area.
State Route 13/149 Survey,
Montgomery County, TN 2006-2007
Survey Party Chief for collection of field data. Survey of
approximately 3.5 miles of roadway with 13 side roads, one
bridge, and 108 tracts. The project required location of all
existing hard stand surfaces, utilities, topographic and
boundary verification surveying.
The Woodlands, 101ST Airborne Division Headquarters
Communities Initiative, Fort Campbell, KY 2007-Present
Provided construction staking for a 260-unit family housing
development. Staking included sanitary sewer, water lines,
underground electrical services, building pads, curb &
gutter, and base stone for roadways.
ALTA/ACSM Survey of the Autumn Wood Terrace Apartments
Property Clarksville, TN 2009
Survey was performed to the 2005 Minimum Standard Detail
Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey as adopted by
American Land Title Association and National Society of
Professional Surveyors. The ALTA/ACSM survey was conducted
for 14 units with Leasing Office on a 20.38 Acre site.
Dunbar Cave Sanitary Sewer Master Plan
Clarksville, TN 1998 - 1999
Surveyor for sewer infrastructure in northeast Clarksville
area to aid in determining anticipated flows for plan
boundaries and planning for future demand of sewer usage in
the area.
Various Boundary & Topographic Surveys
Surveys have included field run surveys that include
existing property and surrounding ground and storm water
features. Topographic surveys providing existing ground
elevations, locations of utilities, edges of pavement, catch
basins and inlets, utility poles, etc.
