Mr. Harwell has one year of full time
experience as an assistant project manager in the Design and
Planning of Commercial and Utility Developments. His
experience includes using Terramodel, Microstation and
Geopak design software, and SewerCAD modeling software. His
work experience also includes Hydrological Analysis,
Preliminary Layouts, Site/Project Design, Cost Analysis,
topographical surveys, as-builts, and construction staking.

experience at DBS & Associates.
Hemlock Semiconductor LLC Sewer
Clarksville, TN, 2009
Assistant Project Manager and Project Designer for the
grading, water and sewer system design, utility layout, and
permitting for the Hemlock Semiconductor LLC Sewer Project
located in the Megasite Industrial Park of Clarksville,
Tennessee. Extensive project including approximately 17,955
L.F. of gravity sewer, approximately 30,085 L.F. of
forcemain, approximately 2,000 L.F. of water line and
service, approximately 800 L.F. of gas service, a 1.1 mgd
submersible, individual Aquatic Resource Alteration Permit,
ARAP, consisting of nine stream crossings, and associated
grading and erosion control measures. Created sewer models
of the proposed design and provided detailed analysis. This
project involved the study of the existing conditions and
capacities, future sewage flows due to growth, and
recommendations for future upgrades and designs. Assisted in
the planning and plans preparation of the project route and
easement acquisition.
Industrial Rail Extension
Clarksville, TN, 2009
Project Designer for the grading, retention, storm sewer
design, rail alignment/layout, and permitting for the
Railroad. The project included a 1,500 acre hydrology
analysis, 5,356 L.F. of railroad alignment/design, re-design
of the intersection between Steel Stock and Dunlop Road, and
the design of a 461,329 cubic yd. retention basin.
Patonis Daycare in Professional Park
Clarksville, TN, 2009
Project Designer for the grading, detention, water quality,
storm sewer design, water and sewer system design, utility
layout, and permitting for the 9,957 sq ft Patonis Daycare
facility unit in Clarksville, Tennessee. The project
included design of a 0.8 acre layout on a 1.1 acre plat.
Civitan Park
Clarksville, TN, 2008
Project Designer for the grading, retention, storm sewer
design, utility layout/design, and permitting of the Civitan
Park project. This project consisted of the design of a new
sports complex, with eight baseball/softball fields,
concessions, score boxes, two pavilions, and a maintenance
building on 28.5 acres in Clarksville, Tennessee.
