Mr. Hoover
has nine years experience in civil
engineering and surveying. His experience includes
subdivision planning and design, commercial lot planning and
design, and drafting of water and sewer infrastructure.
Commercial and residential construction plans have included
grading and erosion control, site layout, utility drawings,
roadway layout, and lot layouts. Mr. Hoover has been heavily
involved in the construction surveying, staking, and
platting procedures for all of the projects he has been
involved. He also has experience in boundary surveys, ALTA/ASCM
surveys, as-built surveys, and topographical surveys.
