Mr. Smith
has one year of full time experience in Design and Planning
of Industrial, Commercial and Residential Developments. His
experience includes Master Planning, Project Feasibility
Studies and Site Design. Mr. Smith also has several years of
field experience with boundary surveys, topographical
surveys, as-builts, ALTA’s, and construction staking while
working with the survey department.
As an assistant project manager, Mr. Smith performs
preliminary layouts, feasibility studies, project design/
permitting, and project management for various different
residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Project Designer for the grading, detention, water quality,
storm sewer design, water and sewer system design, utility
layout, and permitting for the Callis Hills Apartment
complex in Lebanon, Tennessee. The project included a
traffic study and Aquatic Resource Alteration permit for a
210 unit apartment complex on 15.1 acres.

Project Designer/manager for the grading, detention, water
quality, storm sewer design, water and sewer system design,
utility layout, and permitting for the York Meadows
residential subdivision consisting of 46 lots on 60.6 acres
Seven Oaks Apartments
Smyrna, TN 2009
Project Designer for the grading, detention, water
quality, storm sewer design, water and sewer
system design, utility layout, and permitting for
the Seven Oaks Apartment complex in Smyrna,
Tennessee. The project consisted of 196 units on
13.6 acres.

Project Designer/Manager for the grading, detention, water

development consisting of 38 commercial lots.
