Mrs. Cook
has seven years experience in the Civil Engineering
industry. Her experience includes apartment/condominium
planning and design, commercial lot planning and design, and
drafting of municipal water and sewer infrastructure.
Commercial construction plans have included grading plans,
site plans, utility plans, roadway plans, landscape plans,
and general layouts. She also has been involved in
construction surveying and platting procedures.

Clarksville, TN 2007-2008
CADD Technician for a road design. Drafted and assisted with
design of 2.65 miles of road widening from 2 lanes to 4
lanes. Assisted with design of driveways, adjoining roads,
and placement of storm structures. Assisted in platting
procedures for drainage easements.
Battle Command Training Center
Fort Campbell, KY 2006-2007
CADD Technician for a site design of 17.7 acres to include a
80,562 square foot building. Included parking lot, access
road around entire lot, loading dock, drop off zone, and
location of utilities.
Vantage Point Homes
Waynesville, NC 2004-2005
CADD Technician for a project that included 160 units on
12.9 acres. Assisted in design of turn lanes into complex,
site layout, and storm structure locations. Included 1,322
linear feet of gravity sewer main and 2,270 linear feet of
waterline and appurtenances.
2nd Brigade Combat Team Grow the Force Barracks
Fort Campbell, KY 2008
CADD Technician for a complex that included 2 barracks
buildings, 0.50 miles of new road, storm detention ponds,
and a parking lot. Utility design included gravity sewer,
waterlines, and appurtenances.
Sanderson Pipe Corporation
Clarksville, TN 2006-2007
CADD Technician for site design of a 56.4 acre industrial
lot. Included a 198,000 square foot building, railroad
location, parking lot, product storage, and large truck
parking. Assisted in the layout and design of the storm
sewer and utilities.
Industrial Railroad Extension
Clarksville, TN 2008-2009
CADD Technician for the construction plans of 3,000 linear
feet of railroad. Assisted in design of existing cross
roads, relocation of sewer lines, and traffic control during
construction. Assisted in the platting of new property lines
and drainage easements.
Comfort Suites Hotel
Clarksville, TN 2007-2009
Drafting technician for the construction plans for a 97 room
hotel. Assisted in the site design, setback variances, and
storm design.
