Prior to
working with DBS & Associates, Mr. Green worked as an
inspector for the Indiana Department of Transportation. He
also worked as an inspector and survey crew chief for the
Clarksville Street Department, City of Clarksville. Mr.
Green aided in the development of the General Roadway
Specifications, which are still in use by the Clarksville
Street Department today. He was responsible for reviewing
roadway and drainage plans to ensure that private developers
were meeting the minimum specifications outlined by the City
of Clarksville.
The following summaries demonstrate his
experience with related projects:
Hemlock
Semiconductor Industrial Project, Montgomery County, TN 2009
On-site construction supervisor for 500+ acre industrial
site preparation of a polysilicon manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities include: testing oversight and
specification adherence in accordance with contract
documents; supervision and direction of field measurements
for verification of pay applications; review and oversight
of adherence to environmental permitting including erosion
prevention and stormwater pollution prevention.
State Route 52
Scott County, TN 2000
Engineering Technician for 5.060 miles of rural 2-lane
highway. Mr. Green performed various tasks and assisted in
every aspect of the project development
Governor’s
Square Mall By-Pass
Clarksville, TN 2000
Engineering Technician for 2.3 miles of a multilane highway
on new alignment. The project included survey, design of
frontage roads, an above grade railroad crossing,
preliminary plans, right-of-way plans, and construction
plans.
State Route 76
Montgomery County, TN 1998
Engineering Technician for 4.740 kilometers of urban
roadway. The project included the design of horizontal and
vertical alignments, drainage, erosion control, striping and
signalization plans.
State Route 374
Montgomery County, TN 1996
Mr. Green served as the Engineering Technician for 4.99
miles of rural divided highway. The project included the
design of a Modified diamond interchange.

Montgomery County, TN 2003-present
Engineering Technician for 3.44 miles of urban arterial.
