Mr. Lamm has five years experience in Transportation/Utility Engineering. His experience includes traffic impact studies, transportation planning, highway capacity analysis, signalization, drainage, horizontal & vertical alignments, intersection design, pavement marking, erosion control, and construction management.

 The following summaries demonstrate his experience with various projects:


Ø      Dunlop Lane
Clarksville, TN, 2008

Transportation Designer for survey and design of the improvements and signalization of 0.71 miles of urban arterial roadway.  Design portion of project consisted of upgrading roadway to include four 12-foot lanes and raised median, 12-foot shoulders with 4.5-foot bikeway, grass utility strips, and sidewalks.  Project required lighting and landscape plans, and signalization of Ted Crozier Boulevard – Dunlop Lane intersection and Gateway Medical Center entrance.

 Sanderson Pipe Rail Spur
Clarksville, TN, 2007

Transportation Designer for survey and design of a 4,770-foot section of new rail spur to serve Sanderson Pipe Corporation production facility in the Montgomery County Industrial Park.  Rail spur was designed according to the requirements of RJ Corman Railroad and AREMA standards.  Design included three at-grade rail crossings with signalization and signing on existing International Boulevard, three switches, storm drainage and erosion protection.

Ø      The Woodlands Family Housing, ACTUS Lend Lease
Fort Campbell, KY, 2007

Site Civil Designer for a 240-unit family housing development at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.  Design elements included horizontal and vertical alignment of site access roads, site grading and drainage, utilities, erosion protection, and landscaping. 

 State Route 112, Montgomery County
Tennessee Department of Transportation, 2007

Transportation Designer for the design of 3.5 miles of urban arterial roadway.  Project consisted of widening existing two-lane roadway to include four 12-foot traffic lanes, a continuous median left turn lane, and 10-foot shoulders.  Design included preliminary and right-of-way plans.

Plantation Estates Traffic Impact Study
Tiny Town Road, Clarksville, TN, 2005

Performed a traffic impact study to determine the effect that the proposed 620-lot Plantation Estates residential subdivision would have on the existing roadways and intersections within the study area.  The study was performed according to the Highway Capacity Manual 2000 (HCM 2000).  In order to provide data for the traffic impact analysis, peak hour volumes were determined at three intersections.

State Route 13 – International Boulevard Intersection Improvements and Signalization
Montgomery County Industrial Development Board, Clarksville, Tennessee, 2005

 Transportation Designer for survey and design of the improvements and signalization for the State Route 13 – International Boulevard Intersection. The project included the widening and State Route 13 and the addition of a traffic signal for the intersection.

Corporate Boulevard Parkway
Montgomery County Industrial Development Board, Clarksville, Tennessee, 2004

 Transportation Designer for the survey and design of 0.75 miles of a three lane roadway with 6 foot shoulders.

 Tulip Poplar Extension
 City of Gallatin, Gallatin, Tennessee, 2003

 Transportation Designer for the survey and design of 0.5 miles of a three lane roadway with curb and gutter.  The project also included the signalization of Tulip Poplar Extension – Nashville Pike intersection

State Route 112, Montgomery County
Tennessee Department of Transportation, 2003

 Transportation Designer for the design of 3.5 miles of a primary arterial with 21 side roads.

State Route 374, Montgomery County
Tennessee Department of Transportation, 2001

 Transportation Designer for the construction design phase of 6.5 miles of rural divided roadway.  The urban arterial design included a single point urban interchange.
