Mr. McKay has
fifteen years experience in Design and Planning of Industrial,
Commercial and Residential Developments. His experience includes
Master Planning, Project Feasibility Studies and Site Design.
As a principal/project manager and Residential Department head,
Mr. McKay consults with clients to develop the most economically
efficient project available. Mr. McKay and his department use
their experience and expertise to develop projects from
feasibility and permitting phases all the way through
construction and final certifications. Currently, the
Residential Department has over thirty active development
projects.

Hickory Wild
Clarksville, TN 2008
Project Manager for a development measuring approximately 500
acres containing over 1,000 residential units. The project
includes survey, planning, permitting and design.
The Woodlands
Ft Campbell, KY 2008
Project Manager for a 521 unit private development on the Ft
Campbell military reservation. The developer was Actus
Lend/Lease and consisted of planning, permitting design and some
construction observation.
International Blvd Distribution Center
Clarksville, TN 2007
Project Manager for a 200,000 s.f., warehouse distribution
center located on 25 acres on International Blvd in the
Montgomery County Industrial Park. The project consisted of
surveying, permitting and design.
Meadow Wood Park
Clarksville, TN 2009
Project Manager for a mixed use development on 85 acres. The
project consists of planning, permitting, and design of single
family, multi-family and office development.
University Landing
Clarksville, TN 2005
Project Manager for a privately owned student housing complex
located near the Austin Peay State University Campus. The
project consisted of survey, planning design, and construction
observation for 154 units.
