Mr. Parker
has ten years experience in Civil Engineering. His
experience includes subdivision planning and design,
commercial lot planning and design, and drafting of
municipal water and sewer infrastructure. Commercial
construction plans have included grading plans, site plans,
utility plans, roadway plans, and general layouts. He also
has been involved in construction surveying and platting
procedures.

Hemlock
Semiconductor Sewer Design Clarksville, TN 2008-2009
CADD Technician for entire project. Assisted with drafting
and designing of 18,000 L.F. of gravity sewer, 28,500 L.F.
of force main, a permanent lift station that pumps 1,700 GPM
with 18-foot x 18-foot wet well, and a temporary lift
station that pumps GPM with a 6’ dia. wet well.
Spring Creek Basin Sewer Design
Clarksville, TN 2006-2007
CADD Technician for entire project. Drafted and assisted
with design of 4,700 L.F. of gravity sewer, 4,300 L.F. of
force main, and relocation and increasing capacity of lift
station from 550 GPM with 8-foot diameter wet well to 1,500
GPM with 20-foot x 20-foot wet well.
Industrial Park Utility Expansion
Clarksville, TN 2003-2007
CADD Technician for project. Assisted in design of the
replacement and combination of two existing pump stations
into one 1,500 GPM station with a 20-foot x 20-foot wet
well. Assisted in design of 22,000 L.F. gravity sewer,
29,000 L.F. force main, and 24,000 L.F. waterline.
The Woodlands Family Housing
Fort Campbell, KY 2006-2007,
CADD Technician for the project that included 520 units on
120 acres. Included 20,500 L.F. of gravity sewer, 4,700 L.F.
sanitary sewer force main, and 4,000 L.F. waterline and
appurtenances
2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division
Fort Campbell, KY 2007
CADD Technician for the complex at Fort Campbell, Kentucky,
that included 5,600 L.F. gravity sewer and 10,000 L.F.
waterline and appurtenances. Assisted in production of
drawings.
Ringgold Action Plan
Clarksville, TN 2003 – 2005.
CADD Technician and site inspector on the Ringgold Sewer
system in Clarksville. Tasks included inspection of pumps,
wet wells, and control panels, performing system tests, and
documenting results on over forty lift stations. Drew maps
of over ten miles of sanitary sewer gravity and force mains.
Gathered information from Clarksville Gas & Water that was
used for analysis and reports.
