Mr.
Townsend has three years experience in Design, Planning, and
Management of Industrial, Commercial, and Residential
Developments.
As an assistant project manager, Mr. Townsend performs
preliminary layouts, master planning, feasibility studies,
traffic studies, flood studies, project design/ permitting,
and project management for various types of residential,

Project Designer/Manager for a development consisting of 114
residential lots and 3 commercial lots.
Hazelwood
Clarksville, TN 2006-07
Project designer for phases 8 and 9 of a residential
development. Phase 8 consisted of 108 lots on 40 acres, and
phase 9 consisted of 96 lots on 40 acres. A lift station in
phase 8 served the sanitary sewer needs of both phases.
Autumn Creek
Clarksville, TN 2006-07
Project Designer for phases 1 and 2 of a residential
development. Phases 1 & 2 consisted of 68 and 45 lots
respectively.
Parc at Metro Center II
Nashville, TN 2008
Project designer for the grading, detention, water quality,
storm sewer design, and permitting for the 118 unit
residential apartment complex.
Chesapeake Commons Building 2
Clarksville, TN 2008-09
Chesapeake Commons Building 2 is located on Lot 1 of a 40
acre commercial subdivision. Project design consisted of the
grading, drainage, roadway, and utility master plan for the
40 acre commercial subdivision, and a 10 acre Lot master
plan design consisting of 6 commercial buildings. The
Chesapeake Commons Building 2 design is the first phase of
the development.
Gratton Estates
Clarksville, TN 2007-09
Project Designer for the 85 lot residential development that
included a traffic study, stream flood study, and an Aquatic
Resource Alteration permit for a sewer crossing and
temporary road crossing.
Woodlands at Capital Way
Atoka, TN 2008-09
Project designer for the grading, detention, water quality,
storm sewer design, and permitting for the 180 unit
residential apartment complex.
Trenton Crossing
Clarksville, TN 2008
Project Designer/Manager for the commercial subdivision
consisting of 10 lots on 17 acres.
International Blvd Warehouses
Clarksville, TN 2006-07
Project Designer for the Industrial project consisting of 3
warehouse buildings that total 237,300 square feet on
approximately 25 acres.
Harvey Commercial
Clarksville, TN 2008-09
Project Designer for the 3.5 acre commercial tract. The
project included a mass grading plan, utility extension, and
an intersection signal modification at the intersection of
Ted Crozier Blvd and SR 374.
Ringgold Park
Clarksville, TN 2007-09
Project Designer/Manager for the 141 unit Condo development.
The project design included: water distribution system,
sanitary sewer layout, storm sewer, water quality, basin
excavation, and a left turn lane into the development.
Independence Park Apartments
Clarksville, TN 2007-08
Project Designer for the Independence Park Apartment complex
in Clarksville, Tennessee. The project consisted of 228
units on approximately 15 acres.
